## How buying works

1. **Ask for a quotation**: Prices vary by country: import rules, distance, exchange rates and other factors change the final cost. Tell us where you are and what you need, and we prepare your quotation.
2. **We finalize the details**: We contact you to agree on packing, shipping and payment, and send you the invoice.
3. **We ship it insured**: With a Certificate of Origin, a Phytosanitary Certificate and an invoice. The tracking number comes by email.
4. **You clear customs**: The lot arrives with its documents, and you clear it at destination.

Cosmic Coffee Trade is a coffee exporter based in Bogotá. We choose farms we visit ourselves, pay more than the Colombian average for every lot we buy, and return to the same families harvest after harvest. That trust is how we get the best lots every year.

## Every lot, traced to a named farm and family.

- **Farm and family**: Every lot carries the name of its farm and of the family that grows it.
- **Origin data**: Town, department, altitude and harvest month are listed for every lot.
- **Export documents**: Each shipment travels with a Certificate of Origin, a Phytosanitary Certificate and an invoice.
- **EUDR**: Tell us what your due-diligence statement needs, and we will tell you which data we can provide.
